  1. I’m curious about za’atar now! Cauliflower is one of the few vegetables that everyone in my house enjoys, so I would love to try something new with it! I saw that you posted a link to how to make za’atar; time to check it out!

  2. My 4 kids and I are obsessed with cauliflower and this recipe looks delish! I haven’t been cooking with za’atar but I have been wanting to try. I don’t think I can go wrong with cauliflower so I think it might be a hit for a first try of za’atar. Thanks for sharing this simple yet gorgeous recipe!

  3. Hi! I am so glad you wrote about this spice blend! My Dad just passed away in March, but he loved this spice blend! It makes me think of him and reminds me that I can still celebrate his memory apart from being together! I love Israel, I pray I could visit some day!

    1. Hi, Erika, I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad nearly 10 years ago. He loved pizza, and on the night before we left the house for the last time, my brother and I ordered pizza in his memory. Funny how the little things like that are so real.

Israel is such a unique place. I’m so grateful to have been able to visit, and I hope you have the opportunity to do so soon. https://sancerresatsunset.com/2016/03/01/israel-a-foodies-promised-land/

  4. I so want to try this! I’ve never tried Za’ater but now I want to. I bake a lot with cauliflower these days for crusts and more… Thanks for the recipe

  5. We LOVE Zatar too! Where do you buy yours in America? We have been doing Amazon, but do you have a favorite place to order it from?

    1. Thanks, Christen, I think keeping the sides simple really helps when you’re trying to eat healthy.
