  1. I’m curious about za’atar now! Cauliflower is one of the few vegetables that everyone in my house enjoys, so I would love to try something new with it! I saw that you posted a link to how to make za’atar; time to check it out!

  2. My 4 kids and I are obsessed with cauliflower and this recipe looks delish! I haven’t been cooking with za’atar but I have been wanting to try.   3. Hi! I am so glad you wrote about this spice blend! My Dad just passed away in March, but he loved this spice blend! It makes me think of him and reminds me that I can still celebrate his memory apart from being together! I love Israel, I pray I could visit some day!

    1. Hi, Erika, I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad nearly 10 years ago. He loved pizza, and on the night before we left the house for the last time, my brother and I ordered pizza in his memory. Funny how the little things like that are so real.
