Cherry Blossoms in Washington, D.C.
I marked Thomas Jefferson’s birthday last night by joining the throngs of locals and visitors peeping at the cherry blossoms around the Tidal Basin in Washington, D.C.
The blooms range in color from snowy white to cheery pink.
And they look spectacular against the setting sun.
