On Oahu, fans of the six-movie franchise can tour filming locations at the Kualoa nature reserve in Kaneohe, about 20 miles from Honolulu.  (Transportation for some tours is available from certain Waikiki hotels, including The Modern Honolulu and the Sheraton Waikiki.)

On Kauai, you can take a helicopter tour of Manawaiopuna Falls, often known as Jurassic Falls, in the Hanapepe Valley.
