Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. tahini, at room temp.
  • 1/3 c. EVOO
  • 3 cloves garlic, ground into paste
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground sumac
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp. warm water

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients well in small bowl.  

  2. Serve at room temperature.  Can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week.
