House Likely to Vote on Bail-Out Friday

The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote tomorrow on the bail-out, which passed the Senate last night. Arm-twisting is in full swing as Administrative and Congressional power-mongers seek to flip a sufficient number of the 133 Republicans and 95 Democrats who on Monday voted against using taxpayers’ earnings to reward irresponsible banks and borrowers. These efforts have begun to see success; there have been some defections, and it is highly possible that the bail-out would pass tomorrow. Please contact your Representative and urge him/her to vote against the bail-out. If you do not know how to reach your Representative’s office, please click here.
